This meetup is for people who appreciate cultural events. This includes classical music, theater, opera and ballet. We focus on group rates, finding good prices and making friendships. From symphonies to the DCPA operas and ballets, to many smaller venues in the Metro area. We will read the foundational texts of Western Civilization which have most shaped history and culture. This group will focus on the classics of the Western cannon, so Eastern classics will not be studied.
